Studio Tesoro is rooted in Southern Ontario, Canada. All pieces and kits are lovingly created, packaged, and shipped from home turf. While our inspiration comes from beauty found around the world, every item begins its journey here.

How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping timelines depend on whether your item is in stock or made-to-order. Custom pieces can take up to 6 weeks to create. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, international shipping is available and rates are calculated at checkout. Please note: duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are due upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s import policies prior to ordering.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of ceramics, handmade goods, and vintage items, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of:

• the damaged item

• the shipping box and packaging

This helps us properly assist you and file a claim if needed.

No two pieces are the same 

Studio Tesoro pieces are perfect in their individual way. Slow, sentimental, and intentional, each one reflects the beauty of true handmade work.

Variations in size, shape, texture, and glaze are not defects, they are part of the story. Underglaze and clear glaze may interact in unexpected ways, leaving marks or colour shifts unique to each piece. We believe these subtle imperfections are treasures in themselves. If you’re seeking flawless, perfectly symmetrical items, our handmade ceramics may not be the right fit.
